In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process cz666 conducts using Pakistani CNIC documentation.

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any Bet.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of cz666 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or software providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement in place with cz666 or any affiliated platform.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the cz666 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. cz666 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz666 Account login credentials. cz666 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cz666 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

cz666 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account at the earliest opportunity after registration. This feature is available from within the Account security settings dashboard.

All Wallet balances on the cz666 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cz666 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name and verified under the same identity as the cz666 Account.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Withdrawals from unverified Accounts are not permitted.

cz666 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day for verified Accounts; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two working days. cz666 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

cz666 does not charge Players transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds.

By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from cz666, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

All Bets placed on the cz666 Platform are subject to these general Terms and to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute between a Player and cz666 regarding the outcome of any Bet, cz666's records shall be conclusive evidence of the result unless a manifest technical error can be demonstrated.

cz666 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, placed as a result of a software malfunction, placed after an event has concluded, or placed on the basis of information that was inaccurate at the time of settlement. In such circumstances, the relevant Bet stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes with your payment provider in relation to cz666 transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cz666 staff or other Players through any channel.
• Sharing your Account login credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account.

No other right or licence is granted. In all circumstances, cz666's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Players may request closure of their cz666 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

cz666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account immediately and without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback claim; or discovery that the Player is ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of these Terms.

In circumstances where an Account is closed by cz666 due to a breach by the Player, cz666 reserves the right to withhold Wallet balances pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings in accordance with the terms applicable to each bonus.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cz666 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to cz666's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through cz666's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by cz666's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be binding on cz666. Players retain their statutory consumer rights under applicable law and these Terms do not limit those rights.

cz666 does not accept any jurisdiction other than that specified herein for litigation relating to these Terms. Nothing in this section excludes cz666's obligations under its international gaming licence conditions.
